Delivery & returns policies

1. We aim to dispatch items ordered before 15:00 on a Next Day delivery basis. There is only one charge for delivery.

2. The price paid for delivery does not guarantee a Next Day service.

3. We will only deliver to the address your payment card is registered to, and will only delivery to Mainland UK.

4. You may return items to us for a refund up to 14 days after delivery to you. Items must be returned in original condition including in the original packaging. As such, we recommend you keep the packaging until you are certain you wish to keep the item.

5. If you need to return an item, please email or call 0870 863 6626 to receive a returns log number, so that we can identify your product when it arrives.

6. For non-faulty items, Post & Packing is not refunded.

7. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL. You have a statutory right to cancel any order within 7 days of receipt. You can do so by writing to us at Nexus Workwear, 19 Harrier Close, Calne, Wiltshire, SN11 9UK. Once you have cancelled the order, the items contained in your order become our property in your care. We ask for you to return the items to us promptly in the same condition they were delivered to you. You must return the items at your own cost (please arrange for adequate postal insurance). We will refund you for your order.

8. Where any refund is required, we will do so within 30 days of request.

9. Any custom made items or customised items are non-refundable.

10. With regards to these Delivery & Returns terms & conditions, your statutory rights are not affected.
